Terms and Conditions


We accept most credit and debit cards through the secure PayPal servers. You do not need a PayPal account. We also accept payment via cheque made out to Promo Badges. We always wait for all cheques to clear before we process your order. There is no minimum order for payments made by card or PayPal account. Payments by cheque are subject to a 10 minimum order value.


All badges are sent using the Royal Mail. We always get proof of postage. Large orders may need a signature. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of receipt of cleared payment. Please note that the Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until after 15 working days. If your badges have not been received within 15 working days of dispatch, please email us. Before we replace any item, we will need written confirmation that the item has not been received for insurance purposes.


Orders must be returned within 7 days of receipt if we have made an error with the contents of your order or if they are faulty. Please ask for a free Certificate of Postage for your records. Badges will be replaced in these circumstances on receipt of the original items. Items are returned at your expense. All badges are made to order and we do not keep any physical stock.

Please note that badge colours may vary from how they appear on a backlit computer screen in the photographs on our website.


Please note that our 25mm badges are standard traditional button badges made with metal components, d pin attachment, digitally printed design and mylar protective sheet. Our 38mm badges have a plastic back and safety back style attachment. You should always remove button badges from clothing before washing.

Button badges are not suitable for children under 36 months old.
